We are presently producing the ACP in various colors and sizes as per the market standards. The panels are produced in different sizes like 4’x8’, 4’x10’, and 4’x12’ and in various thicknesses from 3 mm to 6 mm. We also provide customized and special sized panels, according to the needs and requirements of the end-users to help them to reduce the wastage.

Structural Configuration

Aluminium Composite Panel is a structure made of three layers: low-density core inserted in between two relatively thin skin layers. This sandwich setup allows achieving excellent mechanical performance at minimal weight. The very high rigidity of an ACP panel is achieved thanks to the interaction of its components under the flexural load applied to the panels: core takes the shear loads and creates a distance between the skins which take the in-plane stresses, one skin in tension, the other in compression.

Material Specification

Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP), also Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) or Alucoboards, is a type of flat panel that consists of two thin aluminium sheets bonded to a non- aluminium core. ACPs are frequently used for external cladding or facades of buildings, insulation, and signage.

Aluminium sheets can be coated with polyvinylidene ﬂuoride (PVDF), fluoropolymer resins (FEVE), or polyester (PE) paint. Aluminium can be painted in any color and ACPs are produced in a wide range of metallic and non-metallic colors as well as patterns that imitate other materials, such as wood or marble. The core is commonly low-density polyethylene. Alternatively, a mix of low-density polyethylene and mineral material to exhibit fire retardant properties.
